Pet Welcome

Pet Patrol Policy

Kindly check out our pet policy below to assure you and your pet have great memories.

We welcome any pets, no matter their size, weight, or breed, except those that may be poisonous, like wild boars, spiders, cobras and frogs.

Pets are to be accompanied and supervised and always on their leashes or in strollers within all the restaurant areas. Please keep your pets close to you. The simple rule is to keep them on a leash at all times, within a stroller or baby carrier or even in your handbag. Extended leashes are prohibited.

Please be mindful that your pets are potty-trained. If not, the pet diapers and pee pads are encouraged to avoid the cleaning fee of THB 500- per time. Please always clean up after them for everyone’s comfort.

Social distancing among pets is a requirement to avoid the possibility of fighting. As pet owners, you are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

Please soothe your furry friends in stressful situations and reduce their noise level as much as possible. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, please accept our apologies if we ask you to put your pet in time-out or leave the area when they show aggression.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture and tabletops, as well as not to chew or claw on our decors. Any damage will be the responsibility of pet owners.

Water is just as essential as food and treats, so please bring your pet’s preferred water bowls to keep them well and hydrated. However, we do have some pet bowls to borrow.

We also understand that pets can be unpredictable in new environments. Let’s all do our part — keep a close eye on them and keep them always happy!
